Tour Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation and Payment
   All private transfer bookings must be confirmed in advance through Egypt Tour Magic. A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the agreed terms. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other secure methods specified by Egypt Tour Magic. A booking confirmation will be sent once the payment is processed. Please ensure all details (pick-up time, location, and destinations) are correct at the time of booking.

2. Transfer Duration and Route
   The estimated transfer duration between cities in Egypt depends on factors such as distance, road conditions, and traffic. Egypt Tour Magic will provide an estimated travel time, but this may vary. While we strive to select the best routes for the quickest and safest journey, Egypt Tour Magic is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as road closures, traffic jams, or weather conditions.

3. Driver and Vehicle Standards
   All vehicles provided for private transfers are licensed, insured, and maintained to the highest safety standards. Egypt Tour Magic ensures that experienced and professional drivers will handle the transport. Our drivers will be fluent in English or Arabic and will assist you throughout your journey. Passengers are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver, including the use of seat belts. For safety and comfort, the number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s capacity.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Egypt Tour Magic reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, emergencies), with a full refund or rescheduling offered to the customer.

5. Liability and Insurance
   Egypt Tour Magic is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the private transfer. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers accidents, theft, or loss of personal items. Our vehicles are fully insured, and drivers are trained to ensure a safe and smooth journey. However, passengers are responsible for their own safety and must abide by the rules and regulations of the vehicle and the road.
