- A valid booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance for availability.
- Payment is due upon booking to confirm your reservation. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.
- Prices are quoted per boat and are based on the number of participants indicated at the time of booking.
- Cancellation & Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the trip will incur a 50% charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
- If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or mechanical issues), you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
- Weather Conditions:
- The tour is weather-dependent, and the operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip in case of bad weather, rough sea conditions, or safety concerns.
- If the tour is canceled due to weather, guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Health & Safety:
- All guests are required to follow safety instructions provided by the crew during the trip.
