Tour Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:

   • All bookings must be confirmed by Egypt Tour Magic at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour. If booking within 48 hours, confirmation will depend on availability.
   • A valid passport and/or identification may be required for booking.
2. Payment:
   • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
   • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
   • Egypt Tour Magic reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified period.
3. Tour Cancellation:
   • By the Customer:
     • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
     • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee, typically 50% of the total tour cost.
     • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour.
   • By Egypt Tour Magic:
     • If the company cancels the tour for any reason (weather conditions, operational issues, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour.
4. Tour Modifications:
   • Egypt Tour Magic reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary or timing in case of unexpected circumstances, such as weather, road closures, or other force majeure events.
   • Any major changes to the tour will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
   • Tour participants are responsible for being punctual and for following the instructions of the guide and tour leader during the tour.
   • Egypt Tour Magic is not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or damages to personal property during the tour.
6. Health & Safety:
   • Customers are required to inform Egypt Tour Magic of any medical conditions that may affect their participation in the tour.
   • Participants should be aware of the weather conditions in Aswan (hot temperatures, dehydration risk, etc.) and come prepared with sunscreen, water, and comfortable clothing.
7. Tour Duration:
   • The Aswan City Tour typically lasts between 4 to 8 hours, depending on the itinerary.
   • Timings are approximate and may vary based on traffic, weather, and other factors.
8. Liability:
   • Egypt Tour Magic acts only as an intermediary between the customer and the local services (transportation, accommodation, meals, etc.), and is not responsible for any issues related to third-party service providers.
   • The company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as strikes, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
9. Complaints:
   • Any complaints or issues must be reported to the guide or Egypt Tour Magic immediately. If unresolved during the tour, they should be submitted in writing to the company within 7 days of the tour date.
10. Force Majeure:
    • Egypt Tour Magic is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or civil unrest.
11. Photography and Filming:
    • Participants agree that photos and videos taken during the tour may be used by Egypt Tour Magic for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated.
12. Special Requests:
    • Any special requests (dietary preferences, mobility assistance, etc.) should be communicated at the time of booking. Egypt Tour Magic will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.

13. Governing Law:

    • The terms and conditions will be governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes will be settled in Egyptian courts.
