Payment and Reservation:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-show will result in no refund. Any changes to the booking must be communicated in advance.
Tour Itinerary:
- The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Egypt Tour Magic will do its best to ensure the tour runs as scheduled, but adjustments may be necessary for safety and convenience.
Group Size and Transportation:
- The tour may be conducted in a group or private setting. Group tours will have a maximum number of participants, and transportation will be provided in air-conditioned vehicles for the duration of the trip. Private tours offer more flexibility but are subject to availability.
Liability and Safety:
- Egypt Tour Magic is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, or damages during the tour. It is recommended that guests have travel insurance. All participants must adhere to safety guidelines and follow the instructions of the tour guide for their well-being.
