TrekkSoft AG is a trusted booking solution provider for day tour companies, located at Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten bei Interlaken, Switzerland. The payment processing domain is owned and operated by TrekkSoft AG. All payments are due upon receipt, and if a payment method is declined or charged back, ownership of the purchased items will be forfeited. TrekkSoft reserves the right to contest any chargebacks made by the buyer after the tour has been completed.

Yes, Egypt Tour Magic offers an “Early Bird” discount for clients who complete payment well in advance. A discount code is available, and clients may pay a deposit upfront and the remaining balance on the tour day. Full payments made six months prior to arrival receive a 5% discount (with a 3% bank processing fee). Early Bird rates require full pre-payment and are non-refundable, with no date changes.
2. Are there group discounts?
Absolutely! We offer discounts for larger private groups and families. Groups of ten or more qualify for group rates, and larger groups of fifteen or more benefit from very competitive pricing.
3. How can I book with Egypt Tour Magic?
Our booking team is available 24/7 to assist you via email, phone, or live chat. You can also complete our online booking request form, and our representatives will promptly send you a detailed proposal.
4. What deposit is required?
A 25% deposit is required for most bookings, though this may increase to 50% during peak travel times like Christmas and New Year. Deposits can be paid via Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer.
5. Are there any card transaction fees?
Egypt Tour Magic does not add fees on initial deposit payments made by credit or debit cards. However, a 3% bank fee is added if paying the remaining balance by card during the tour. To avoid this, you can pay the balance in cash in USD, GBP, Euro, or EGP based on the exchange rate.
6. Can I pay my deposit in installments?
If a single deposit payment isn’t possible, please contact us to discuss installment options.
7. What if I need to cancel?
Our refund policy is detailed in our Terms and Conditions. Refunds depend on when we are notified. If a booked shore excursion must be canceled due to weather or circumstances out of your control, we’ll refund the advance payment, with exceptions for domestic flights which follow airline cancellation policies.
